Pregnant Turkey Story

(this is a THANKSGIVING story that was forwarded to me, but it's hilarious!)

One year at Thanksgiving, my mom went to my sister's house for the traditional feast. Knowing how gullible my sister is, my mom decided to play a trick. She told my sister that she needed something from the store.

When my sister left, my mom took the turkey out of the oven, removed the stuffing, stuffed a Cornish hen,and inserted it into the turkey, and re-stuffed the turkey. She then placed the bird(s) back in the oven.

When it was time for dinner, my sister pulled the turkey out of the oven and proceeded to remove the stuffing. When her serving spoon hit something, she reached in and pulled out the little bird.

With a look of total shock on her face, my mother exclaimed, "Patricia, you've cooked a pregnant bird!" At the realization of this horrifying news, my sister started to cry. It took the family two hours to convince her that turkeys lay eggs!

Need some Pics?

This is Cameron and the Garbers
A heads up to anyone wanting family pics for the Holiday season when family comes to town or for Christmas cards, my wife does photography.
For our PT class she's offering a friends and family rate of $75. I know that doesn't sound way cheap, but if you look at others it really is. The price covers one to one and a half hour shoot at multiple locations and as many wardrobe changes as you want. Each shoot comes with a CD of 25-30 edited pics of your family for no extra charge. She is really good with kids pics for birthdays, blessings or just to capture them in a fun stage.
Her preferred style has more of an urban feel, but she does plenty of traditional style pics too. She just started a blog for her company. The site for it is http://shanzphotoblog.blogspot.com/. If anyone's interested you can email her at shannongarber@gmail.com or call me at 801-558-8612 or her directly at 801-721-4378.
